Our Audit Approach and Methodologies

Our audit approach is based on three interrelated factors as follows:

A. Planning

One of the vital elements in planning is an understanding of the client business and operations. In planning we aim to achieve the following:

-         Select appropriate audit procedures to gather sufficient and reliable audit evidence as a basis for our audit opinion on the financial statements.

-         Ensure that all audit procedures performed by our staff are well done under the supervision of highly qualified personnel.

-         Ensure that audit operations are completed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and in accordance with applicable laws & regulations.

B. Risk Assessment.

In the planning stage, we aspire to assess risks, and this will help us to concentrate on areas, where the risk of misstatement is greatest.

C. Effective communication. 

We believe effective communication is crucial to achieve our clients maximum satisfaction. Through out an audit engagement, we plan to meet regularly with key client personnel, these meeting enable us to communicate our findings and our advice to them, and this also will enhance the value of the audit.
